They’re confusing, difficult to visualize, and most people don’t know their exact measurements anyway.

Instead, we prefer using real-life examples. It’s much easier to compare yourself to someone with a similar build and quickly find the size that will fit you best.

Quick reference:

• 170–175 cm / 60–68 kg → Size S

• 176–182 cm / 69–76 kg → Size M

• 183–188 cm / 77–85 kg → Size L

• 189–194 cm / 86–95 kg → Size XL

• 195 cm+ / 95 kg+ → Size XXL

And if the size isn’t quite right, no worries.
